PAKISTAN Urdu School scored a consolation victory over Asian School in Group 'A' of the Second Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Cup Under-16 Inter-School Cricket Tournament.

PEOPLE are being urged to sign up for a major clean-up drive tomorrow at three locations in Manama.
Organisers are hoping to rally hundreds of volunteers with an initiative called "You for Bahrain". The plan is to clean the beach near the Marina Club, Salmaniya Park and the Salmaniya Water Garden between 10am and 1pm.

Pakistan Urdu School held a fun fair yesterday to show their love for the kingdom. Chief guests were the principals of the three schools on the campus. They performed songs and dance. A speech was dedicated to His Majesty King Hamad. There were stalls of games, food and face painting.

An oath-taking ceremony was held at the Pakistan Urdu School for the head and deputy head boys and girls. The school also named the teacher of the month in tribute to the teaching staff’s dedication. School officials, teachers, students and parents attended the ceremony.
